Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

We operate an independent information site about PCSO lotto results. We are not PCSO. This policy covers our Site and embedded tools (such as the number checker). It does not govern third-party sites you open from our links (for example pcso.gov.ph), which have their own policies.

Data we handle

• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics on deployed builds to measure page views and related traffic patterns so we can improve what readers actually use. See Vercel's analytics privacy information.
• Server and hosting logs. Our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) may log technical data such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamps when you access the Site. We use this for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• Draw and news data in our database.We store publicly available draw results and news metadata (titles, URLs, timestamps) to power the Site. This is not "your" personal data unless you later contact us and provide personal details by email.
• Ticket checker (browser storage). Numbers you enter on Check my numbers are saved in local storage on your device so your saved tickets remain available when you return. They are not sent to our servers as part of that feature. You can clear them by clearing site data for this domain in your browser.

Cookies and similar tools

The Site may set cookies or use storage related to analytics, theme preference (light/dark), session continuity, or (where we use ad services) advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may use Google AdSense to show display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, to measure ad performance, and to limit repetitive ads. We do not sell your personal information for money.

If you are in the Philippines and we process your personal information, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules may apply. You may have rights to access, correct, or object to certain processing, subject to legal exceptions. You may also reach the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

How long we keep data

We retain draw and news records as needed to operate the Site. Hosting logs are kept according to our provider's defaults unless we configure shorter periods. Analytics data is retained per Vercel's product terms.

Children

PCSO games are for adults who meet legal age requirements. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
